am 3. Juli reiste ich mit dem ICE 597 von München nach Hamburg. Der Zug hatte eine Verspätung von 78 Minuten, weshalb ich meinen Anschluss in Hannover verpasste und erst um 21:30 Uhr statt planmäßig um 20:10 Uhr ankam.
On 3 July I travelled on ICE 597 from Munich to Hamburg. The train was 78 minutes late, causing me to miss my connection in Hanover and arrive at 21:30 instead of the scheduled 20:10.
Gemäß den Fahrgastrechten beantrage ich hiermit eine Entschädigung in Höhe von 25 % des Fahrpreises. Ich füge die Fahrkarte sowie den Reservierungsbeleg bei.
In accordance with passenger rights I hereby apply for compensation of 25% of the ticket price. I enclose the ticket and reservation slip.
